I’m a Canadian-born writer and my life has never been what anyone would consider ‘normal’. It took me decades to understand my mental health struggles with Severe Anxiety and Depression, not only that I had them, but how they affected me. Now I’m on a continual journey to living a healed life that allows me to go beyond surviving.
